Terms governing access to and use of the SuperMe platform for all users.

Platform Publisher
Definitions
“SuperMe” or “Platform”
The online platform published and operated by MyEntourage Sàrl, accessible at app.mysuperme.com.
“User”
Any natural person who creates an account and uses the Platform to access services.
“Expert” or “Professional”
A qualified coach, yoga teacher or therapist offering services via the Platform.
“Session”
A 1:1 or group appointment booked through the Platform between a User and an Expert.
“Content”
Any text, media, programmes, resources or data made available on the Platform.
“ToS”
The present Terms of Service governing access to and use of the Platform.
Acceptance and Scope
Use of the Platform requires acceptance of these Terms by ticking the dedicated checkbox at registration. By using the Platform, you confirm you have read and accepted them.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days’ email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; you may close your account before that date if you do not agree.
Access Conditions and Registration
4.1 Eligibility
SuperMe is not suited to crisis or medical emergency situations.

You must provide accurate information, are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, and must report any unauthorised use to support@mysuperme.com.
Description of Services
5.1 Nature of the Platform
SuperMe is a technical intermediary that connects Users with Experts. It is not itself a provider of therapy, coaching or yoga services.

No specific result is guaranteed.
5.4 Expert verification
We operate a verification process for Experts’ qualifications but are not liable for false declarations made by an Expert.
Payments and Billing
6.1 Pricing
Prices are communicated before booking. Changes are notified with 30 days’ notice.
6.2 Accepted payment methods
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers; no card data is stored by SuperMe.
6.3 Invoicing
A receipt is sent by email after each transaction, and your payment history is available in your account area.
6.4 Price changes
Price changes are notified 30 days in advance; you may cancel a subscription without charge before they take effect.
Right of Withdrawal
7.1 EU consumers
EU consumers have 14 calendar days from subscription or purchase to withdraw, without giving reasons.
7.2 Waiver
If a session begins within the 14-day period, you expressly agree to waive the right of withdrawal for that session at booking confirmation.
7.3 Exercising the right
Email support@mysuperme.com before the deadline. Refunds are made within 14 days via the original payment method.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
8.1 By the User

If an Expert cancels less than 24 hours before, you receive a full refund or account credit.
8.3 Platform technical issues
If a technical issue on the Platform prevents a session, you receive a full refund or a reschedule at no cost.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR, the Swiss revFADP and the UK GDPR.
9.1 Session confidentiality
Experts are bound by professional confidentiality. Session content is strictly confidential, subject to mandatory legal reporting exceptions.

User Conduct
When using the Platform, you shall not:

Intellectual Property
All elements of the Platform are owned by MyEntourage Sàrl. The SuperMe trademark is registered under WIPO No. 1867119 and IPI Switzerland No. 829678. You shall not:

Liability of MyEntourage Sàrl
12.1 Technical intermediary
As a technical intermediary, SuperMe is not liable for the quality of services provided by an Expert.
12.2 Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperMe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid by the User over the preceding 12 months.
12.3 Platform availability
We endeavour to keep the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, including during maintenance, updates or force-majeure events.
Account Suspension and Termination
13.1 By the User
You may close your account at any time, without notice or fees, via account settings or by email. Closure takes effect within 30 days; sessions already booked remain due.
13.2 By MyEntourage Sàrl
We give prior warning where the breach is remediable.
13.3 Effects
On termination, access is interrupted and data is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
14.1 Complaints
Send complaints to support@mysuperme.com. We acknowledge within 5 business days and respond within 30 calendar days.
14.2 Amicable resolution
The Parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution for 30 days before any legal action.
14.3 Jurisdiction
The courts of Lausanne (Vaud), Switzerland, have jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
EU users retain the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence.
UK users retain the benefit of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Force Majeure
Neither Party is liable for failure caused by force majeure within the meaning of art. 119 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, including natural disasters, outages, epidemics or governmental decisions. We will inform you as soon as possible.
