Legal basis for placing cookies

Some third-party partners (Google, Meta, Mailchimp, Intercom, Sentry) are based in the United States. Data collected through their cookies may be transferred outside the EEA, governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914/EU).

For Users residing in Switzerland, transfers are also subject to the requirements of the revised revFADP. For UK Users, transfers are governed by the UK GDPR and ICO-approved IDTAs.
